I’m a practicing pharmacist in Alberta, Canada for the last 20 years. My practice changed to a low carb consulting health coach role 8.5 years ago and I have now helped I’ve 1100 patients lose over 46,000lbs in my pharmacy, Redcliff Pharmasave. Most recently I’ve developed a new company called TruMe Whole Health and am developing and producing products to help any low carb, ketogenic lifestyle. I personally lost over 100lbs back in 2013, so learning about and living a Lowcarb way has been essential.
